Monday already?

Boy, Monday came around very quickly! I will post pictures soon of our progress. As with any home improvement, we are about a 1/2 day behind. Not bad for losing a volunteer to being sick and another one due to a death in the family. Annie, our dog, was away all weekend to make sure she did not consume any of our debris. She is back today but not allowed downstairs. This should be interesting, keeping an 80 lb dog happy upstairs. Luckily she is just happy to be home. Happy Monday!

Here we go!

After hemming and hawing over to start a blog, I took the plunge! A little motivation was all I needed, in the form of an upcoming house renovation. See, we live in a perfectly nice townhome, nothing is "wrong" with it. But with 40+ year old walls, numerous coats of paint, patches and who can count the number of nail pops, it is time to replace the drywall. But with any home improvement project comes a chain reaction. First we are replacing the walls, next adding crown molding, new paint, window treatments and after the living room is done, on to the remaining rooms. Oh, 2012 will be an adventurous year for us. Stay tuned for pictures (we all love before and after's right?).
